Educated in Azerbaijan and UK, having completed his Master in Business Administration, and having worked for prestigious airlines, Zaur is a member of Seventh Sense Training and Development Management Consulting team. He is responsible for the training and development aspects of the Seventh Sense projects.
Zaur brings with him more than 15 years experience in large and multinational companies. His areas of expertise are in the field of Training and Development, particularly in Training Design and Delivery; Coaching, Team Building, Project Management, Performance Management, as well as Customer Service Management.
Zaur has held various managerial and training positions in Emirates Airlines and Lufthansa German Airlines where he has proven his ability to lead, to train and to build effective working relationships with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Zaur has the ability to speak 5 languages including Azeri, English, Russian, Turkish and German.
